Achlim Returns Policy
We have partnership with many Post Offices such as Pos Malaysia, CityLink and DHL to manage our Returns. In order to process the Return, make sure you did Contact Us and that you have read our Returns and Replacement Policy.
How to process a Return:
Please ensure that your item is properly packaged and sealed.
Visit the nearest PosMalaysia, CityLink or DHL location to drop the item.
You will need your original IC and make sure you remember the complete order ID (e.g: #1234). You can find this number on your order or shipping confirmation email and also your invoice.
Once the parcel has been dropped off at PosMalaysia, CityLink or DHL then notify us that your parcel has been dropped and we will get back to you when we receive the item.
